Her knowledge of complex negotiations with production companies and advertising agencies serves her clients well in navigating real estate transactions that provide optimal outcomes for all parties.

Chris has a track record of transforming some of the nation's most valued entertainment brands, including Discovery Channel, Hallmark Channel and the History Channel. During her corporate marketing career, she received numerous awards for industry achievement, among them Advertising Age "Cable Marketer if the Year" and "Top 100 Marketers". Her launch campaign for Discovery's first Shark Week was inducted into the cable marketers' Hall of Fame.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Chris graduated from Roland Park Country School and received a B.A. Cum Laude in Political Science from The College of Wooster where she was co-captain of their undefeated lacrosse team. During her junior year, she was selected to attend the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies in Bologna, Italy, which forever shaped her love of all things Italian. Chris has lived for over two decades in a 100-year-old Craftsman home in Ruxton which she has lovingly renovated. She also updated her family's prewar apartment in Roland Park, maintaining its historical integrity while adding state-of-the art systems.

Chris' vision for your home's potential also extends to outside spaces. Throughout the years, she has been involved in non-profits Ladew Gardens and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society – passionate about restoring biodiversity to Maryland gardens.
